Trauma Therapy Intensives

Sometimes, an hour a week is not enough.In- person Intensives are for those ready to dive deep. Using a blend of trauma informed somatic therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and intuitive guidance as well as other evidence based practices, we access and release trauma stored in the body in a spacious, grounded, and powerful way. These offerings are tailored and require a prescreen form.
