FAQs

How is a trauma therapy intensive different from traditional therapy?

Traditional therapy usually takes place weekly in 50–60 minute sessions. While this format can be supportive, it often doesn’t allow enough time to fully enter and complete deeper trauma work. Trauma therapy intensives are structured in longer blocks (3–6 hours or multi-day formats), allowing us to access and resolve root issues more directly.

WHat can i expect from this session?

These sessions are immersive and holistic, using a blend of somatic therapies, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and spiritual/energetic awareness. Intensives can be especially helpful during major life transitions, after acute trauma, or when you feel stuck and ready to move forward with clarity.
